Colors of the Season

Today the colors in the sky and the coastal flora

were so inspiring...

thankful to be so near such a special place.

Autumn to Winter

This afternoon felt and looked like autumn around here,
still some subtle color in the trees and the
pumpkins were still hanging on the pumpkin tree.

Tonight is a different story...the snow started
around 6 pm. and it is heavy and clinging to
the trees that still have many leaves.
We're worried about the damage such
heavy snow could do to the trees and we
could lose our power.

Have my flashlight by my side!

Today as we went into town I was amazed as to
how the beautiful autumn colors had suddenly
appeared wherever I looked.
