It's the 2nd rainy cold day here in Maine
and most of the golden leaves have fluttered
to the ground...the delicate pattern of bare
branches remain.
It's good to be inside where it's warm
and I'm inspired to be working on new art.

This is exactly how I'm feeling today, almost two weeks later. It was so rainy all morning that I hid out inside and wrote. It's clearing up a bit now, so I may wander out into the world on errands, but I love these rainy, creative days! :)
