My special day was mostly sunny...
...woke up and started the day by
making a gluten free bread
in the bread machine.
(It is a very delicious 2 lb. bread!)

I was so happy that the Blue Moon Classy Diner in Arundel
had haddock chowder today so D went over to take out
3 bowls of it ( 0ne extra for me for later).
They didn't have bowl size containers so they used 6 smaller
containers and D so generously said I could have all of them!
It's a favorite of mine!
Also, another favorite is dark chocolate almond bark which
he found at the Candy Man Shop in Kennebunkport.
and a quick stop at the Harbor Candy Shop in
Ogunquit to see if they might have something
in their bargain basket...they did and we headed
for Wells to see a matinee...the movie was a terrific
romantic comedy called "How Do You Know"!
It was just what we needed to top off the day.
Guess what I had for dinner?
more chowda!
