A Family Visit

Am visiting my Dad...helping him learn things
on his computer...found this little chair in the
basement that's just the perfect size for him
while he sits at his computer!
(looks like he's in kindergarten)

Gazing out of the window at lightly falling snow and
missing my beloved Mom, she is always with me
in my heart.

Your dad looks like he's enjoying his time on the computer! That little chair reminds me of helping out at school when my daughter was in kindergarten. All the chairs in the room were little like that.

I'm sorry you're missing your mom. Hugs.

So difficult, Nan.
But your dad looks so cute on that chair. We had those chairs for my daughter when she was little. How great that he is on the computer, and I'm sure he must love having you there. Have a good visit.

Willougby and Judy,
So good to hear from you both...my Dad does like the computer...he enjoys listening to music on it and I told him about Pandora radio...it's wonderful! Skype has been great for us, too! Every time I visit I try to help him learn new things. There are actually 2 of those little yellow chairs and they come in so handy. Also makes a good foot rest! We are enjoying watching the Olympics together.
Thanks for your good wishes!

The window and your words about your Mom touched me Nan. It is very beautiful. So much said in so few words.

And your Dad, how lucky he is to have you helping him. He looks like he is really enjoying himself. I love to see learning continue on at every age. Go Dad!
