I'd like to thank you for the anniversary wishes on behalf of my parents...I shared the message with them. It was 65 years ago, just before my Dad was shipped to Europe during WW2, that they were married.

Maine is one of my favorite places. I have been several times to visit friends and relatives. It's a beautiful state.

Funny you should ask about Kita cat.
She was here yesterday and was following my husband as he worked in the vegetable garden...when I would glance out of the window, I could see the tip of her tail moving along behind the plants a few steps behind D's. She is so very very friendly, just falls over and rolls and rubs constantly!
Was wondering what part of Maine you have been to? We're having some beautiful weather at the moment after so much rain in June and the first part of July. Love to take walks in the early evening no matter what the weather!
