Best Wishes and Happy Anniversary to your Mom and Dad. And many many more years together! :)

I found another cat lover who just started her blog. Her name is Amy and she rescues them.

Willoughby and Purple Flowers Kathy,
I'd like to thank you for the anniversary wishes on behalf of my parents...I shared the message with them. It was 65 years ago, just before my Dad was shipped to Europe during WW2, that they were married.

Purple Flowers,
Thanks for the link to Amy's blog!

Nan,
Happy Anniversary to your mom and dad! Best wishes for a blessed year.
Thank you for stopping by my blog. I'm so glad you liked my kitties! Your 3 beautiful cats are sooo adorable! I love the pictures you have them and I can tell they are very happy and content!
Have you seen Kita cat recently? It amazes me that she sits on your husband's back while he works around the yard!
Your art works are stunning, you have a wonderful talent. I'm glad you have Ellie May's company while you are sketching and drawing in your studio.
Maine is one of my favorite places. I have been several times to visit friends and relatives. It's a beautiful state.
I know I'll be visitng your blog often, there are so many wonderful things to see here!

Bye for now :o)

Amy, I'm so glad you stopped by and thanks so much for your kind words!
Funny you should ask about Kita cat.
She was here yesterday and was following my husband as he worked in the vegetable garden...when I would glance out of the window, I could see the tip of her tail moving along behind the plants a few steps behind D's. She is so very very friendly, just falls over and rolls and rubs constantly!
Was wondering what part of Maine you have been to? We're having some beautiful weather at the moment after so much rain in June and the first part of July. Love to take walks in the early evening no matter what the weather!
Stop by again!
Take care!
Nan

What a nice thing to do. I remember years ago my husband did something similar for me and I thought it was so sweet and romantic.
