Willoughby, We're worried, D is outside tonight covering the eggplants with a tarp...don't have enough coverings for everything. If it does frost, it is very early this year!
I'm an artist/illustrator specializing in ink and watercolors and photography. My little studio in Maine is nestled in our garden by a babbling brook. Everyday I draw inspiration from the pets who have touched my life, our garden, birds and wildlife critters, quaint old houses, children, shells, scenes of the seaside and more.
Hope to share my art and observations with you and don't forget to take a moment to notice the precious little things around you.

I hope you don't lose your harvest to the frost!

I sure hope you don't get a frost tonight, Nan! it seems like it only just got warm there!
quiltcat,
it's morning and I just looked out at the yard, no frost! Whew! We can take the jackets and blankets off some of the plants out there!
First .. I am so jealous of you. Living so close to the big O.
Second .. I know. It's been cold in the morning. I actually have my bathrobe on this morning.
I'm going to have to start turning on the heat soon ...
Sad Siamese Kitty ^,,^
