Shells and Serenity

...shells from one end of the beach to the other

and around the bend, the ocean was so serene

If you look closely at the water, you can see
some special sea ducks...
just click here for a closer look.
They were a joy to watch!

Hope you have some tranquil moments in your day!

Lori ann,
thanks and I hope you have a lovely Wednesday, too! We are now experiencing some light snow and the wind is very chilling over at the beach. We were there earlier when D was collecting more seaweed for the garden to be used as fertilizer. It has to dry out more and the garden season seems so far away!

You are sooooo making me miss Maine. I'm back up there visiting family every chance I get, but it's not the same. Yesterday my nephew asked me on the phone, "Auntie G, when are you moving back to Portland?" I nearly cried.

Love these photos! xo

Gigi, So happy that you stopped by. I know how you feel about missing Maine for I find it hard to leave Maine when I visit family in other states. Hope you'll be back soon! Take care!
