August Sunset

Monday was a very hot and humid day.
We ventured out for a little ride just before sunset.
When I glanced over towards the jetty,
a glorious sun was about to set.

Roses and Lilacs said...: How beautiful. I heard the news this morning and it sounds like Hurricane Bob will be bringing you a lot of rain shortly. Hope it isn't too bad.

Are those houses way back? They seem so close to the shore.

It is so very hot again here on Tuesday. I haven't seen the news, hmmm... didn't know anything about Hurricane Bob...will go check it out online! Those houses are way back...the telephoto lens really distorted the distance!
Hope you are not in a heat wave!

the heat is tooooo much for me!
We just put 2 of our air-conditioners in yesterday...one in the studio and one in the house...We really hadn't needed AC til now and it sure does help!
