to take photos to work from of two brothers
for a portrait. As we were strolling down the
beach path, I was captivated by the sight of
them from the back. Something so universal...

You're so right...brothers off on a ramble together. With different foliage and different clothing, they could be boys anywhere in the world. Very evocative picture!
It's a great photo, Nan. It would make a nice portrait altho I'm sure the parents want faces;) I love a picture with a little story to tell like this one.

a lovely image altogether, i agree with you it has a such appeal, a very similar photo i have of my boy & a wee friend & it pulls my heart strings to see them captured hand in hand disappearing down a winding lane. lovely. *ruthie*
