Sunset and Moon

A very bitter cold and windy day... it was
late afternoon when we ventured out for a little ride.
I was thinking about the moon as we rounded a
corner at the beach and was unaware of
when it would rise tonight.
Suddenly we were facing a beautiful sunset.
Too cold to get out of the car to
take photos so D turned the car around
so I could take some from the car window.
As we were now facing the direction
we had come from I gasped for
there was the full moon!

A bit more of a ride through the side streets
as the sky lost some of it's color
and the moon became brighter.
