The Artist's Supervisor

When not sitting on the artist's lap, Ellie May
settles into the comfort of her basket for a
bird's eye view of the artwork.
Her purring presence provides inspiration and serenity.

Lucky Ellie May - my studio is a cat free zone and they know it...

I used to let them in until I had a painting ruined many years ago by a little darling using it as a scratching post.

She does look very cosy!

pg,
Good to hear from you!
Fortunately, it has worked out for for now the studio is actually Ellie May's home and I am lucky to work there! She does enjoy tearing paper but she seems to know (knock on wood) which paper is hers...paper bags and scraps that I leave on the floor for her to rip into little pieces!

A lovely muse/mews! It's very nice of her to allow you to use her home as your studio *lol*.
