Sun and Fog

The sun was shining today as the first sighting
of the honeybees visited the crocuses.

Late afternoon, the fog rolled in
down by the sea.

It makes my heart sing to see the crocus opening and bees buzzing. Is that a view close to you? the one of the jetty,so beautiful! I love the comment at the end of you profile - about takig time to notice the precious little things around us, that is exactly why i so named my own blog. Isn't it the small things that can give us so much joy.

Hi ruthie,
thanks so much for stopping by again.
The predominant colors in the landscape at this time of year are shades of browns and ochres so the colorful little crocuses are so much appreciated! The foggy jetty is a few miles from our home.

I think that you and I see things in a similar way.
Isn't taking time to notice the precious little things around us just the thing we need to make our day! There's always just a little something and often for me it has to do with nature and sometimes in unexpected places.
best wishes,
Nan

I wish I would have planted some crocus. No color in my garden at all yet.

That second photo is nice, kind of moody and mysterious;)
